Delivery questions
Before the doorbell rings
How fast is same-day delivery?
Most orders arrive the same day when placed during your store’s delivery window — Sun–Tue 9AM–8PM and Wed–Sat 9AM–9PM from Rockland and White Plains, and Sun–Sat 9AM–9PM from Queens, with a cutoff 30 minutes before close.
What does delivery cost?
From our Rockland store, delivery is free on every order with a $50 minimum. From White Plains and Queens, delivery is free over $99, with a small fee under that. The ZIP check above shows the exact rule for your town.
Which store delivers to me?
Rockland County is served from Spring Valley; Westchester, the Bronx and Putnam from White Plains; Queens and Nassau from our Queens store on Hillside Ave. Enter your ZIP above or open your town’s page for specifics.
Can I pay the driver in cash?
No — New York delivery orders are prepaid by bank through AeroPay or CanPay before the driver is dispatched. Cash and debit are welcome for in-store pickup.
What do I need at the door?
A valid government-issued ID showing you’re 21+. The name on the order must match the ID, and deliveries go to private addresses — not public spaces.
Is the delivery discreet?
Yes. Drivers are NYS-licensed, arrive in unmarked vehicles, and products come in sealed, unbranded bags.
What time do you stop delivering?
Delivery runs during store hours only, and same-day orders should be placed by 8:00 PM. Stores are open 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM Sunday through Wednesday and 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM Thursday through Saturday, so the last runs go out before closing.
Do I have to be home for the delivery?
Yes. New York requires the driver to check a valid 21+ photo ID and collect a signature at handoff, so orders cannot be left at a door, with a neighbour or at a front desk. If you cannot be there, switch the order to pickup.
Can someone else accept my delivery?
Yes, if you name them when you order and they are 21 or older with valid photo ID. The driver verifies the ID of whoever takes the order at the door, not the name on the payment.
Where is a driver allowed to hand off an order?
To a residential address or a private business inside New York State. State rules do not allow handoffs in a vehicle, or at schools, parks, houses of worship, public buildings or other public spaces.
Can you deliver to an apartment building?
Yes. Meet the driver in the lobby or at your door with your ID — because the handoff has to be made to you in person, drivers cannot leave an order with a doorman, a package room or a mailbox.
Do you deliver outside New York?
No. Cannabis Realm of NY is licensed in New York, so we can only deliver to addresses inside the state. We cover 148 towns across Rockland, Westchester, the Bronx, Queens, Nassau and Putnam.
What happens if I miss the driver?
The driver will try the phone number on the order. Because an order cannot legally be left behind, it goes back to the store if nobody 21 or older with ID is there, and our team will follow up to sort it out.
