Question 1

How long is the ride from Spring Valley to New Square?

Accepted Answer

Short — most orders reach New Square within 10–25 minutes of confirmation, since the village sits barely two miles north of our dispensary via Route 45 and Washington Avenue. Homes near the village entrance typically see the fastest times, while streets deeper into the grid add only a couple of minutes. School-dismissal periods and Friday afternoons, when local traffic peaks before sundown, are the main variables worth planning around; midday orders tend to fly. Because New York requires every delivery to be prepaid before the driver departs, the at-door portion is minimal — an ID check and a hand-off, usually under a minute, with no money involved.

Question 2

Where is the nearest dispensary to New Square?

Accepted Answer

Our nearest store to New Square is Cannabis Realm of NY at 76 Route 59 in Spring Valley. You can shop in store, order pickup, or get same-day delivery to New Square.

Question 3

Is in-person pickup an option for New Square residents?

Accepted Answer

Yes — the Spring Valley store is only a few minutes down Route 45, and pickup is built for exactly this kind of proximity. Order online and your bag is packed from live inventory before you leave the house; collect it inside, where a budtender can answer questions one-on-one, or choose curbside and staff will bring it to your car in our on-site parking lot — the most discreet option we offer. For payment: delivery and curbside orders are prepaid digitally through AeroPay or CanPay, while in-store pickup at the Spring Valley counter also takes cash and debit. Every purchase requires valid government ID showing the buyer is 21 or older.

Question 4

Do you cover every street inside the village, like Washington Avenue?

Accepted Answer

Yes — coverage is village-wide, from the Washington Avenue spine through every residential street branching off it, plus the newer sections as the village grows. New Square shares the 10977 ZIP with Spring Valley and Hillcrest, which sometimes confuses mapping apps, but our checkout validator reads the actual address, not the ZIP, so village homes register correctly. Under New York law the hand-off must occur at a private residence to a person 21 or older with matching government ID — apartments and multi-family homes qualify; just include the unit number and any entrance notes. If you want certainty before shopping, enter your address at checkout and it confirms instantly.

Question 5

Can orders reach homes off Route 45 near the village entrance?

Accepted Answer

Easily — the blocks near the Route 45 approach and the Washington Avenue entrance are the first stops on any New Square run, and drivers pass them on every loop north from Spring Valley. As always in New York, the delivery must conclude at a private home: we can’t hand off at a business along Route 45, in a parking area or at any public spot, however convenient it might seem. If you live on a boundary street where New Square meets New Hempstead or Spring Valley, the address checker sorts it in seconds. Keep your phone handy for the arrival text and have your 21+ government ID ready at the door.

Question 6

How do New Square customers pay?

Accepted Answer

For payment: delivery and curbside orders are prepaid digitally through AeroPay or CanPay, while in-store pickup at the Spring Valley counter also takes cash and debit. The one-time AeroPay setup links your bank in about a minute; subsequent orders are effectively instant. Prepayment also keeps the doorstep moment brief and private — ID, bag, done. Prefer handling payment in person? In every case, a valid government ID proving age 21+ is checked before product changes hands.

Question 7

What total do I need for free delivery to New Square?

Accepted Answer

$50 — reach that figure and the quick trip up Route 45 costs nothing. Orders beneath it aren’t blocked; a small fee may simply apply, displayed at checkout before you commit. The cart keeps a live meter of your distance from free delivery, and in practice a modest bundle — say an eighth of flower plus an edible, or a tincture and a topical — clears the bar. Since state law mandates AeroPay or CanPay prepayment, the number you approve at checkout is the complete and final charge. At the door, the recipient must be 21+ and present matching government-issued ID.

Question 8

Is this delivery service legal for New Square addresses?

Accepted Answer

Yes — Cannabis Realm NY operates under a license from the New York Office of Cannabis Management, and adult-use delivery is lawful to any private residence in the state, New Square included. The framework is straightforward: buyers must be 21 or older, must show valid government-issued ID at hand-off, and must receive orders at a private home rather than a public place or business. Privacy is a design feature of the regulated system — unmarked vehicles, unbranded packaging and licensed drivers bound by confidentiality norms. Every product is lab-tested, sealed in child-resistant packaging and tracked batch-by-batch from cultivator to customer, which is the guarantee an unlicensed source can never make.

Question 9

Are there fees attached to a New Square run?

Accepted Answer

None at all once your order totals $50 or more — the drive is free at that level. Under the threshold, any applicable charge appears at checkout, itemized before you pay; nothing is ever collected or added at the door, because AeroPay or CanPay prepayment is required by state law and drivers carry no payment tools. Product pricing matches the Spring Valley shelf exactly, so delivery involves no markup on the items themselves. If your cart sits just below the line, the checkout meter shows the precise gap — adding one small item is usually cheaper than the fee it eliminates, which is the math most customers run.

Question 10

What product types can be brought into New Square?

Accepted Answer

Every category the state licenses: flower from New York growers, pre-rolls, vape cartridges and disposables, edibles and beverages, tinctures, capsules, concentrates and topicals — several thousand lab-tested products in all. Many customers here gravitate toward the low-profile formats — tinctures, capsules and topicals that look like anything else in a medicine cabinet — but the full menu is equally available. Orders pull from the live Spring Valley inventory at the moment of checkout, so displayed stock is real stock. Everything arrives sealed in child-resistant, unbranded exterior packaging with batch-traceable lab results, per Office of Cannabis Management rules. Questions? Add a checkout note and a budtender will review before packing.
