Question 1

Will an order reach Viola the same day I place it?

Accepted Answer

Almost always — Viola is one of the closest stops on our map, and the typical window is just 10–20 minutes from confirmation. Homes off Viola Road and near the RCC campus on College Road usually see the driver at the early end; the Route 202 side runs a few minutes longer. The only orders that slip to the next day are the ones placed too late: same-day requests need to be in at least 30 minutes before closing, because New York requires prepaid orders to be packed and dispatched while we’re open. Order by mid-evening and the run is usually painless.

Question 2

Where is the nearest dispensary to Viola?

Accepted Answer

Viola is part of the Town of Ramapo, which opted out of dispensaries, so there is none in Viola. Our nearest store is Cannabis Realm of NY at 76 Route 59 in Spring Valley. You can shop in store, order pickup, or get same-day delivery to Viola.

Question 3

What’s the difference between curbside and coming inside?

Accepted Answer

Where you wait, mostly. In-store pickup at 76 NY-59 means walking the counter, seeing the shelf and asking a budtender anything face to face — the fuller experience if you’re choosing between strains. Curbside means parking in our on-site lot while we bring the sealed bag to your window, ideal mid-errand or with kids in the back. The payment rules split the same way: curbside is prepaid digitally through AeroPay or CanPay exactly like delivery, while the counter inside also takes cash and debit. From Viola, either is a five-to-ten-minute hop down 306. Both end with a 21+ government-ID check.

Question 4

My mail says Suffern but I live in Viola — am I covered?

Accepted Answer

Yes — Viola addresses split between Monsey’s 10952 and Suffern’s 10901 depending on which post office serves the street, and both ZIPs are deep inside our zone. The hamlet has no post office of its own, so the label on your mail says little about where you actually live; drivers navigate by street, not by postmark, and the checkout zone check validates any address in seconds. The requirement that does matter is New York’s: delivery must reach a private residence, so use your home address rather than the campus or a business on 202. Edge streets toward Wesley Hills or Montebello ride the same loops.

Question 5

Do you deliver near Rockland Community College?

Accepted Answer

To the homes around it, constantly — College Road and the residential lanes ringing the RCC campus are core Viola territory. The campus itself is off-limits by law: New York restricts licensed delivery to private residences, so dorm-style housing, lecture halls, parking lots and the athletic fields can’t take a hand-off. Students and staff who live nearby order to their houses or apartments and time it around classes — the driver’s text gives a few minutes’ warning, and the stop itself is a quick 21+ government-ID check. Worth repeating for a college crowd: 21 is the floor, no exceptions, and the ID name must match the order.

Question 6

What’s the payment setup for Viola deliveries?

Accepted Answer

Digital and up front: AeroPay or CanPay at checkout, paid in full before the driver leaves — New York State requires delivery orders to be prepaid before dispatch, so no licensed service anywhere takes cash at the door. Curbside pickup runs on the same prepaid basis. The Spring Valley counter is the exception in the system: in-store pickup there accepts cash, debit, AeroPay or CanPay. Linking a payment app takes about a minute the first time; afterward it’s a couple of taps. Every channel finishes identically — government ID out, 21+ confirmed, sealed bag handed over.

Question 7

What does it take to skip the delivery fee in Viola?

Accepted Answer

A cart at or over $50 — that’s the whole trick. Under the line, orders still ship with a small fee shown at checkout before you pay; over it, the short run up 306 is free. There’s no blocking minimum, so nothing stops a single-item order. The cart meter tracks the gap in real time, and Viola’s regulars tend to bundle a week’s worth — an eighth, a vape cart, a pack of gummies — to clear the mark comfortably. Digital prepayment locks the total at checkout, so the number you approve is the number that hits your account.

Question 8

What rules apply to a legal delivery in Viola?

Accepted Answer

Four, all state-set: the seller must be licensed — Cannabis Realm NY operates under a New York Office of Cannabis Management adult-use license; the recipient must be 21 or older; a valid government-issued ID gets checked at the door; and the destination must be a private residence, not the RCC campus, a park or a business. Behind those rules sits the regulated supply chain — every product lab-tested, batch-tracked and sealed in child-resistant packaging before it rides. Meet the four conditions and a Viola delivery is as lawful as any pharmacy drop. Keep products sealed in the car afterward; open containers in vehicles remain illegal statewide.

Question 9

Am I paying more because Viola is a delivery order?

Accepted Answer

No — delivery pricing is shelf pricing. Every item on your Viola order costs exactly what it costs at the counter in Spring Valley, and the only potential line item is the small delivery fee on carts under $50 — shown at checkout before you approve, waived entirely once you clear the threshold. State-required prepayment through AeroPay or CanPay means the total is fixed when you pay; the driver adds nothing and handles nothing. On a run this short, free delivery over the threshold is genuinely free — same products, same prices, none of the driving.

Question 10

What kind of product range can Viola order from?

Accepted Answer

The complete licensed range: flower in every jar size, pre-rolls and multi-packs, vape cartridges and disposables, edibles and infused beverages, tinctures, capsules, concentrates and topicals — the same live Spring Valley inventory the store shelf runs on. Checkout reserves your items the moment payment clears, and with Viola minutes away, the shelf-to-door gap is about as small as licensed delivery gets. Everything arrives sealed in child-resistant packaging with lab results traceable by batch, per Office of Cannabis Management rules. Shared driveway off Viola Road or a hard-to-spot house number? Add a note at checkout — the team sees it while packing.
