Question 1

When should I expect a driver in Upper Nyack?

Accepted Answer

Most Upper Nyack deliveries land 20–40 minutes after confirmation. The village sits at the far east end of the Route 59 corridor, then a short climb north on 9W or Broadway, so it runs a little longer than our Spring Valley-side stops but rarely feels slow. Downtown-adjacent streets near the Nyack line usually see the early end of the window; homes up North Broadway toward Nyack Beach State Park take the extra few minutes the winding road demands. Thruway backups near Exit 11 are the main wildcard, so evenings can stretch. Orders are prepaid per state rules, making the actual doorstep stop nearly instant.

Question 2

Where is the nearest dispensary to Upper Nyack?

Accepted Answer

Our nearest store to Upper Nyack is Cannabis Realm of NY at 76 Route 59 in Spring Valley. You can shop in store, order pickup, or get same-day delivery to Upper Nyack.

Question 3

Could pickup ever beat delivery for Upper Nyack residents?

Accepted Answer

Sometimes — if you’re already heading west for errands, pickup at our Spring Valley dispensary can be the efficient play, since your bag is packed from the live menu and waiting when you arrive. We offer both in-store pickup, where a budtender can walk you through new arrivals, and curbside, where staff bring the order out to our on-site parking lot while you stay in the car. For a pure stay-home evening, delivery wins on convenience. For payment: delivery and curbside orders are prepaid digitally through AeroPay or CanPay, while in-store pickup at the Spring Valley counter also takes cash and debit. Either way, valid 21+ government ID is required.

Question 4

Do you go all the way up North Broadway toward Hook Mountain?

Accepted Answer

Yes — coverage runs the full length of the village, from the Nyack border to where North Broadway dead-ends at Nyack Beach State Park below Hook Mountain. That includes the riverfront lanes off Broadway, Christian Herald Road, and the west-side streets along the Route 9W corridor. Upper Nyack’s hills and private drives don’t faze our drivers; they run this loop daily. The only firm rule is New York’s: delivery goes to private residences, so we can reach your home near the park entrance but can’t hand off inside the state park itself. Enter your address at checkout and the system confirms your spot in the zone immediately.

Question 5

My street is near Nyack Beach State Park — am I reachable?

Accepted Answer

Completely — the homes near the Nyack Beach State Park entrance at the north end of Broadway are a standard stop on our Upper Nyack runs. The distinction that matters is between your address and the park: New York law restricts delivery to private residences, so drivers can’t meet you at the beach path, the parking area or anywhere on state park land. If you’re out walking the river trail when the arrival text comes, you’ll generally have a few minutes to loop home. A tidy trick is ordering as you finish your walk — checkout from the trailhead and the driver often arrives just behind you. Have your 21+ ID at the door.

Question 6

How are Upper Nyack orders paid?

Accepted Answer

Through AeroPay or CanPay, before the car moves — New York State requires every delivery order to be prepaid, so payment is completed at checkout via a secure bank link and no cash ever changes hands at your door. Setting up AeroPay the first time takes about a minute; afterward it remembers you. Prepayment is why our doorstep stops are so quick — the driver checks your government ID, confirms the name, hands over the sealed bag and is gone. For payment: delivery and curbside orders are prepaid digitally through AeroPay or CanPay, while in-store pickup at the Spring Valley counter also takes cash and debit. All channels require the buyer to be 21 or older.

Question 7

What order size unlocks free delivery?

Accepted Answer

$50 is the line — carts at or above it ride to Upper Nyack free, while smaller orders may carry a modest fee shown at checkout. There’s no minimum stopping you from ordering a single item; the threshold just determines whether the trip costs anything. Practically, a couple of eighths or an eighth plus a vape cart clears it, and the cart meter counts down the gap as you shop. Since AeroPay or CanPay prepayment is mandatory for delivery in New York, the checkout total is the final total. The recipient must still be 21+ with a valid government ID when the driver arrives.

Question 8

Is doorstep cannabis service lawful in Upper Nyack?

Accepted Answer

Yes, fully. We’re licensed by the New York Office of Cannabis Management, which authorizes adult-use delivery statewide — including every street in the Village of Upper Nyack. The legal requirements sit on three legs: the buyer must be 21 or older, must present valid government-issued ID at hand-off, and must take delivery at a private address rather than a park, business or public space. Every product is lab-tested and tracked from cultivator to your door through the state’s seed-to-sale system, with results traceable by batch. If you’re carrying your order somewhere afterward — say to a friend’s place in Nyack — keep it sealed; open containers in vehicles are illegal.

Question 9

Do Upper Nyack addresses pay a delivery fee?

Accepted Answer

Not when the order reaches $50 — at that point the drive up Broadway is on us. Below the threshold, any fee that applies is displayed at checkout before you authorize payment, so you decide with full information. For payment: delivery and curbside orders are prepaid digitally through AeroPay or CanPay, while in-store pickup at the Spring Valley counter also takes cash and debit. Delivery menu prices are identical to the Spring Valley shelf, so distance doesn’t inflate the products themselves. If you’re close to the threshold, a pre-roll or low-dose edible is the classic gap-closer — the cart shows exactly how much more earns the free ride.

Question 10

What kinds of items ride along on Upper Nyack runs?

Accepted Answer

The complete dispensary range: New York-grown flower, pre-rolls, vape cartridges and disposables, gummies and other edibles, beverages, tinctures, concentrates and topicals — thousands of lab-tested products from licensed state brands. Upper Nyack orders are picked from the live Spring Valley inventory at the moment you check out, so availability online mirrors the physical shelf exactly. Everything arrives sealed in child-resistant packaging with certificates of analysis tied to each batch, as the Office of Cannabis Management requires. If you want guidance — sleep-leaning edibles versus a mellow flower, for instance — leave a note at checkout and a budtender will review your picks before the bag is sealed and loaded.
