How fast will my order be ready?
Orders placed during store hours go straight to our pickup team — we text you the moment your bag is packed and sealed.
How do I pay?
In-store pickup takes cash, debit, AeroPay or CanPay at the counter, with an ATM on site. Curbside orders are prepaid by bank.
Can someone else pick up my order?
No — the name on the order must match the ID presented at the counter. Every customer must be 21+ with a valid ID.
Do I earn Rewards on pickup?
Yes — every dollar earns Realm Rewards points, and joining takes under a minute at the register.
What ID do I need to collect a pickup order?
A valid government-issued photo ID showing you are 21 or older — a driver's licence, state ID, passport or military ID. We check it at the door and again when you collect the order.
When can I pick up an order?
During store hours: 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM Sunday through Wednesday and 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM Thursday through Saturday, at Spring Valley, White Plains or Jamaica.
