Question 1

How long does the drive to Piermont take once I’ve ordered?

Accepted Answer

Plan on 20–35 minutes from confirmation — the run crosses the county east to west, down Route 59 and 9W before the drop into the village. Downtown Piermont Avenue and the Landing see the earlier end; the hill section’s switchback streets add a few minutes at the top of the window. Weekend cycling traffic on 9W and brunch crowds downtown slow the last mile more than the first fifteen, so weekend regulars order before the village fills. The fixed rule sits at the other end of the day: same-day orders must be placed at least 30 minutes before closing so the prepaid bag can be dispatched.

Question 2

Where is the nearest dispensary to Piermont?

Accepted Answer

Our nearest store to Piermont is Cannabis Realm of NY at 76 Route 59 in Spring Valley. You can shop in store, order pickup, or get same-day delivery to Piermont.

Question 3

Would pickup save me anything over delivery to Piermont?

Accepted Answer

Time, occasionally; money, only below the free-delivery line. Pickup at 76 NY-59 in Spring Valley makes sense when you’re already crossing the county on Route 59 — order ahead, then walk in to browse with a budtender or take curbside and stay in the car while the sealed bag comes to the on-site lot. Curbside is prepaid digitally through AeroPay or CanPay exactly like delivery; the counter inside also takes cash and debit. If your cart clears the threshold, delivery is free and the 9W drive becomes our problem instead of yours. A 21+ government ID is checked in every case.

Question 4

Is the hill section of Piermont as deliverable as the waterfront?

Accepted Answer

Entirely — the zone covers all of 10968 top to bottom: the hill streets climbing toward Tallman’s ridge, downtown along Piermont Avenue, Paradise Avenue by the marsh, and Piermont Landing out by the pier. The steep grid slows a driver less than it slows a first-time visitor; these are practiced routes. Boundary streets shading into Sparkill, Grand View-on-Hudson or the Tallman park edge ride the same loop. The state’s one rule holds everywhere: delivery lands at private residences — homes and apartments, not galleries, restaurants or the pier itself. Enter your address at checkout and the zone confirms in seconds.

Question 5

Can I get an order delivered before friends arrive from a Piermont Pier walk?

Accepted Answer

Comfortably, with one order of operations: place the order when your group starts down the pier, not when they turn around. The pier runs about a mile into the Hudson, so the round-trip stroll and our 20–35 minute window finish in a dead heat — order at the start and the bag usually beats them back. The hand-off must happen at your home: New York restricts licensed delivery to private residences, so the pier, Flywheel Park and the riverfront lots can’t receive it. Doorstep stop is seconds — 21+ government ID, name matched, sealed bag — leaving you host-ready before the doorbell.

Question 6

Is an option for Piermont orders?

Accepted Answer

Yes — AeroPay and CanPay are the three ways to pay for delivery, always in full at checkout, because New York State requires delivery orders prepaid before dispatch. That’s why no driver takes cash or cards at the door anywhere in the state. Curbside pickup at the Spring Valley store is prepaid the same digital way; the counter inside is the flexible channel, accepting cash, debit, AeroPay or CanPay for in-store pickup. Setup for any digital option is a one-time minute. However you pay, the hand-off ends identically: government ID confirming 21+, name matching the order, sealed bag exchanged.

Question 7

Do smaller Piermont orders come with a fee?

Accepted Answer

Below $50, yes — a small delivery fee appears at checkout, visible before you approve payment, and that’s the only fee in the system. Reach the threshold and the cross-county run to the river is free. No minimum stops an order from going out at all. The cart meter shows the gap live, and closing it is usually a one-item job — a pre-roll or a beverage from the same menu. State-required prepayment through AeroPay or CanPay locks the approved total; nothing is collected or adjusted when the driver reaches Piermont Avenue.

Question 8

What does the law require for a Piermont delivery?

Accepted Answer

Four things, each checked on every run: a licensed operator — Cannabis Realm NY holds an adult-use license from the New York Office of Cannabis Management; a recipient 21 or older; a valid government-issued ID presented at the door; and a private residence as the drop point — village homes and apartments qualify, the pier, parks and businesses don’t. The product side is regulated too: lab-tested, batch-tracked items sealed in child-resistant packaging, carried by NYS-licensed drivers after mandatory prepayment. Meet the checklist and the delivery is as legal as the wine shipments this village knows well. Keep bags sealed for any drive after; open containers in vehicles remain illegal.

Question 9

Is delivery to Piermont ever free?

Accepted Answer

Routinely — every cart at or over $50 rides free, cross-county drive and all. Under the line, the small delivery fee shows at checkout before you pay, so you always see the trade before committing. Menu prices are Spring Valley shelf prices with no waterfront markup — the same eighth costs the same in the hill section as at our counter. Digital prepayment fixes the total at checkout; drivers carry nothing to charge you with. Watch the cart meter as you shop: within a few dollars of the threshold, one more item makes the whole trip free.

Question 10

What choices do I have when ordering to Piermont?

Accepted Answer

The full licensed spread: flower from eighths to ounces, pre-rolls and packs, vape cartridges and disposables, edibles and infused beverages, tinctures, capsules, concentrates and topicals — every category the Spring Valley shelf carries, mirrored live on the delivery menu and reserved the instant payment clears. Everything arrives sealed in child-resistant packaging with lab results traceable by batch, per Office of Cannabis Management rules. Piermont-specific advice: apartment entries off Piermont Avenue and the Landing’s buildings vary — if yours takes explaining, add a note at checkout; the team sees it while packing.
