Question 1

How long is the ride from your store out to College Point?

Accepted Answer

Budget 25–50 minutes from payment to porch — the Whitestone Expressway does most of the work, and once a driver exits at 14th Avenue the whole peninsula is minutes wide. Orders early in the loop land near the half-hour mark; peak-evening runs stretch longer when the Whitestone backs up at the bridge approach. The 20th Avenue retail traffic around the big-box stores is the only local slowdown worth planning around. You’ll get a text as the car closes in, so keep your phone nearby and your 21+ ID in hand — the state-mandated check happens before the sealed bag does.

Question 2

Where is the nearest dispensary to College Point?

Accepted Answer

Our nearest store to College Point is Cannabis Realm of NY at 172-02 Hillside Ave in Jamaica, Queens. You can shop in store, order pickup, or get same-day delivery to College Point.

Question 3

Should I combine my order with errands and pick it up instead?

Accepted Answer

If your errands already point south, it’s a great combo — the store at 172-02 Hillside Ave is a straight run down the Whitestone and Van Wyck, and pickup orders are usually packed within minutes of checkout. Curbside means you never leave the driver’s seat: check in on arrival and staff carry the sealed bag out to you on Hillside Avenue. For payment: delivery and curbside orders are prepaid digitally through AeroPay, CanPay, while in-store pickup at the Jamaica counter also takes cash and debit. For everyone else, delivery earns its keep on the peninsula — free over the threshold, and no bridge-approach traffic on your conscience. ID at 21+ is checked either way.

Question 4

Does the whole peninsula fall within your delivery lines?

Accepted Answer

Yes — all of 11356, from the Flushing Bay side at 14th Avenue up through the MacNeil Park waterfront blocks, down College Point Boulevard to the Whitestone Expressway edge, and across every numbered street between. The 20th Avenue corridor, the Poppenhusen area around 114th Street and the marina-adjacent blocks are all standard stops. If your address sits near the Whitestone or Flushing line and you’re unsure which page you belong to, the checkout zone check answers instantly. As everywhere in New York, drivers can only hand off at private residences — homes and apartments, not parks, boat launches or parking lots.

Question 5

Are the streets around MacNeil Park part of the loop?

Accepted Answer

They are — the waterfront grid around Hermon A. MacNeil Park, including Poppenhusen Avenue and the low-numbered avenues by the shore, gets deliveries every day. The park itself is off-limits as a handoff point; state law routes every delivery to a private home address, so meet the driver at your door even if you’re watching the sunset over the East River when the text lands. Those blocks are quiet and parking is easy, which makes them some of the fastest drops on the run. If you’re in one of the newer townhouse rows, include the unit letter — the complexes share street numbers and the right letter saves a lap.

Question 6

Is there any way to pay when the order arrives?

Accepted Answer

No — every delivery is prepaid in full through AeroPay, CanPay at checkout, because New York State prohibits licensed drivers from taking payment in the field. AeroPay links to your bank account securely; the first connection takes about two minutes, and afterward it’s a single tap per order. At your door the driver checks your government ID for 21+ and hands over the sealed bag — that’s the entire transaction. For payment: delivery and curbside orders are prepaid digitally through AeroPay, CanPay, while in-store pickup at the Jamaica counter also takes cash and debit. The Jamaica store at 172-02 Hillside Ave accepts both for in-store and curbside pickup. One habit worth building: link AeroPay before you shop so checkout never slows you down.

Question 7

What total gets College Point free delivery?

Accepted Answer

$99 is the line — cross it and the run up the Whitestone is on us. Under it, your order still dispatches same-day with a delivery fee listed plainly at checkout. There’s no separate minimum order size. Peninsula households often stock up in one go precisely because of the geography — one threshold-clearing order a week beats multiple small fee-carrying trips, and the driver handles the bridge traffic instead of you. Whatever you choose, the itemized total with taxes shows before you approve payment, and prepayment freezes it there.

Question 8

What legal footing does home delivery have in 11356?

Accepted Answer

Solid ground: New York’s adult-use cannabis law explicitly authorizes delivery by licensed dispensaries, and Cannabis Realm NY operates under an Office of Cannabis Management license from its Jamaica location. The requirements protect both sides — recipients must be 21+ with valid government ID, addresses must be private residences, orders must be prepaid, and every product must clear state lab testing before being sealed and labeled. Your house off College Point Boulevard qualifies; MacNeil Park and the marina lot don’t. If anyone else offers delivery out here without those checks, they’re operating outside the law and outside the testing system — worth remembering.

Question 9

Do peninsula addresses pay extra for the distance?

Accepted Answer

No — distance inside the zone never changes the price. Delivery is free above $99, and below it College Point pays the same flat fee as blocks two minutes from our door in Jamaica, itemized before you approve payment. New York cannabis and sales taxes are included in the on-screen total, and because payment completes through AeroPay, CanPay before dispatch, nothing can be added at handoff. The Whitestone Expressway tolls, gas and time are our problem, not your bill. If the fee ever applies to you, adding a pre-roll or low-dose tin usually costs less than paying it.

Question 10

What ends up in the delivery bag out here?

Accepted Answer

Whatever you pick from the full Jamaica menu: flower across every price tier, pre-rolls and infused multipacks, vape carts and disposables, gummies, chocolates, THC beverages, tinctures, topicals and a rotating concentrates selection. All of it comes from New York’s licensed cultivators and processors, passes certified lab testing, and rides sealed in child-resistant packaging with the compliance label attached — check that label on arrival; it’s your quality guarantee. The online menu is live inventory, so out-of-stocks vanish rather than disappoint later. College Point tip: order by late afternoon and you’ll typically have everything before dinner hits the table.
