Question 1

How quickly do orders make it to Forest Hills?

Accepted Answer

Fast — typically 15–35 minutes from cleared payment, since only Kew Gardens separates the neighborhood from our Jamaica dispensary. Blocks near Union Turnpike and Yellowstone Boulevard regularly see drivers inside twenty minutes; the Cord Meyer streets toward 108th and the Metropolitan Avenue side use the fuller window. Austin Street’s weekend shopping crawl is the main slowdown, so Saturday orders move quickest before noon. When the arrival text lands, head down with your government ID — state law requires the driver to confirm you’re 21+ face-to-face before handing over the sealed bag, and lobby meetings beat buzzer phone-tag every time.

Question 2

Where is the nearest dispensary to Forest Hills?

Accepted Answer

Our nearest store to Forest Hills is Cannabis Realm of NY at 172-02 Hillside Ave in Jamaica, Queens. You can shop in store, order pickup, or get same-day delivery to Forest Hills.

Question 3

When would picking up on Hillside beat delivery for me?

Accepted Answer

When you’re already mobile — the store at 172-02 Hillside Ave is one E/F stop mentality away: drive Union Turnpike east ten minutes, or ride from 71st Avenue toward Jamaica and walk two blocks from 169 St. For payment: delivery and curbside orders are prepaid digitally through AeroPay, CanPay, while in-store pickup at the Jamaica counter also takes cash and debit. Curbside adds the no-parking option: check in from the car and staff bring the sealed bag out. Delivery still wins most nights on pure convenience — free over the threshold and quick in this zone. Your 21+ ID is checked in every scenario.

Question 4

Is the whole 11375 grid — Gardens included — served?

Accepted Answer

Every block — Queens Boulevard’s co-op wall, the Austin Street corridor, Station Square and the entire Forest Hills Gardens street plan, Cord Meyer up to 108th Street, the Yellowstone and 66th Road blocks, and the Van Court and Forest Park side streets below Metropolitan Avenue. The Gardens’ private streets are no obstacle; drivers deliver to your door like any other address. On a seam with Rego Park, Kew Gardens or Middle Village? The checkout zone check settles it instantly. The only firm limit is legal: handoffs happen at private residences, so homes and co-ops qualify while MacDonald Park benches and Austin Street cafés don’t.

Question 5

Do you deliver around Forest Hills Stadium on concert nights?

Accepted Answer

Yes — the Gardens blocks around the Stadium stay in rotation on show nights, though drivers route around the pedestrian flow near Station Square when crowds let out on 70th Road and Burns Street. The Stadium itself can never take a delivery — New York law restricts handoffs to private residences, so no gate meetups, no tailgates, no LIRR platform drops. If you’re hosting a pre-show at home, order before the doors open; windows stretch once thousands funnel through the Square. Note your exact lane in the Gardens at checkout — the winding street plan defeats GPS routinely, and one line of directions keeps your order on schedule.

Question 6

What are the rules on paying for a delivery in 11375?

Accepted Answer

One rule, set by New York State: full payment before the driver leaves the dispensary. Checkout runs through AeroPay, a bank-link system — connect your account once in about two minutes, then every order is a single tap. Drivers carry no cash box and no card reader, so the door moment is just your 21+ government ID and the sealed bag. For payment: delivery and curbside orders are prepaid digitally through AeroPay, CanPay, while in-store pickup at the Jamaica counter also takes cash and debit. Practical upside of prepayment: no fumbling at the door of a quiet Gardens lane at 9 p.m. — the whole exchange takes seconds.

Question 7

How much do I need in the cart to dodge the fee?

Accepted Answer

$99 — cross it and delivery anywhere in Forest Hills is free. Below it your order still dispatches same-day, with the delivery fee listed as its own checkout line. No hidden minimum sits underneath. Forest Hills carts tend to clear the bar with an eighth and a pack of gummies; if you’re short by a few dollars, a single pre-roll almost always costs less than the fee it erases. The final screen shows products, any fee and New York’s cannabis taxes as one total before AeroPay, CanPay runs, and prepayment locks that number permanently.

Question 8

What legal framework covers a delivery to the Gardens?

Accepted Answer

The same one covering all of New York: adult-use cannabis is legal, and home delivery is authorized specifically for dispensaries holding an Office of Cannabis Management license — which Cannabis Realm NY does, based in Jamaica. Every order complies end to end: 21+ recipient with valid government ID, private-residence handoff, prepaid transaction, NYS-licensed driver, and products lab-tested, sealed and labeled inside the state’s tracked supply chain. Gardens homes, Queens Boulevard co-ops and Austin Street walk-ups all qualify as residences; MacDonald Park, Station Square’s plaza and the Stadium grounds don’t. The compliance label on your package is the proof no unlicensed shop can print.

Question 9

Are there delivery charges specific to Forest Hills?

Accepted Answer

None — Forest Hills pays the standard structure and nothing more: free delivery above $99, one flat itemized fee below it, identical for the Gardens, Cord Meyer or the boulevard towers. New York’s cannabis excise and sales taxes appear inside the checkout total you approve, and since drivers legally can’t handle money, the approved figure is the final figure — no premium for landmarked lanes, no surcharge for co-op elevators. Being one of the closest zones to our door doesn’t discount the fee, but it does shrink the wait, which most neighbors consider the better half of the bargain anyway.

Question 10

What range of goods can arrive at my door here?

Accepted Answer

The full breadth of the Jamaica shelf: flower from value eighths to reserve ounces, pre-rolls and infused joints, 510 cartridges, pods and disposables, edibles from 2.5mg micro-dose gummies to potent chocolates, THC seltzers, tinctures, topicals and a rotating concentrates case. Every item is sourced through New York’s licensed supply chain, lab-tested by certified facilities, and sealed in child-resistant, compliance-labeled packaging before it rides. The menu is live inventory — screen stock equals shelf stock. Forest Hills favors premium flower and low-dose edibles, both of which thin out by Sunday; order midweek for first pick of new drops.
