Question 1

What's the delivery clock like for St. Albans?

Accepted Answer

Short — typically 10–30 minutes from cleared payment, since only a stretch of Farmers Boulevard separates 11412 from our Jamaica store. Addisleigh Park and the blocks near Sayres Avenue often see drivers in under twenty minutes; the far side of Linden Boulevard toward Cambria Heights uses the fuller window. Traffic pinches around the Linden-Merrick junction at rush hour, but the run stays quick most of the day. Same-day service needs your order placed at least 30 minutes before close. When the arrival text lands, meet the driver with your government ID — the 21+ check happens face-to-face on every single delivery, no exceptions for regulars.

Question 2

Where is the nearest dispensary to St. Albans?

Accepted Answer

Our nearest store to St. Albans is Cannabis Realm of NY at 172-02 Hillside Ave in Jamaica, Queens. You can shop in store, order pickup, or get same-day delivery to St. Albans.

Question 3

Pickup on Hillside or a driver to Linden Boulevard — which wins?

Accepted Answer

Depends on your day. The store at 172-02 Hillside Ave is roughly ten minutes up Farmers Boulevard by car, and the Q3 and Q77 connect the neighborhood to the Hillside corridor, so pickup fits neatly into a Jamaica errand. In-store is the only way to pay cash or debit, and you can see the shelf before deciding. Curbside works too: prepay digitally, park outside, check in, and staff bring the sealed bag to your window. Delivery wins when you’d rather not move — free over the threshold, quick in this zone, and the driver comes to your porch. All three paths end with a 21+ ID check.

Question 4

Is Addisleigh Park's historic pocket inside the zone?

Accepted Answer

Completely — the landmarked Tudor and Colonial blocks bounded roughly by Sayres Avenue, Linden Boulevard, Merrick Boulevard and 180th Street get the same runs as the rest of 11412. Drivers deliver to those storied doorsteps exactly like any other address; the historic district status changes the architecture, not the service. Coverage continues across the whole neighborhood: the Linden Boulevard strip, the blocks around St. Albans Park, Baisley Boulevard toward Roy Wilkins Park, and the avenues out to the Cambria Heights line. If your corner feels like it could read as Hollis or Springfield Gardens, the checkout zone check settles it before you pay.

Question 5

Do the blocks around Roy Wilkins Park get regular service?

Accepted Answer

They do — the streets ringing Roy Wilkins Park’s 425 acres at Merrick and Baisley Boulevards sit firmly in the St. Albans rotation, and homes there often catch drivers already looping down Merrick from the store. The park itself, with its recreation center and summer concert grounds, can’t take a handoff — New York limits deliveries to private residences, so no meetups at the tennis courts or the amphitheater lawn. Order to your house before you head over, or have it timed for when you’re back. If you live on one of the corners facing the park, mention the cross street in your checkout note so the driver nails the right door first pass.

Question 6

What's the accepted way to pay for a St. Albans drop?

Accepted Answer

Prepaid and digital — AeroPay or CanPay at checkout, with payment completed before the driver leaves Hillside Avenue, exactly as New York State requires. No cash moves at the door: the driver carries nothing to make change with, and the handoff is just your government ID and the sealed bag. Linking a bank account through AeroPay or CanPay takes a couple of minutes the first time, then it’s one tap per order. Prefer paper money or a debit card? Choose in-store pickup at the Jamaica counter, which takes cash, debit, AeroPay and CanPay. Curbside pickup, like delivery, is prepaid digitally before you pull up.

Question 7

How big a cart does St. Albans need for the free run?

Accepted Answer

$99 — hit that and delivery anywhere in 11412 is free. Under the line, your order still goes out same-day and the exact delivery fee shows at checkout, plainly itemized, before you pay. There’s no minimum order hiding beneath it; a single item ships if you want it to. Most carts clear the threshold with an eighth and an edible, and when you’re close, one extra pre-roll is usually cheaper than the fee it wipes out. Everything — products, any fee, state cannabis taxes — appears as one total on the final screen, and prepayment freezes that number before the driver ever starts down Farmers Boulevard.

Question 8

Does state law bless home cannabis delivery in St. Albans?

Accepted Answer

Yes — adult-use cannabis is legal in New York, and home delivery is specifically authorized for dispensaries licensed by the Office of Cannabis Management. Cannabis Realm NY operates under that license from Jamaica, which puts every St. Albans run inside the legal framework: 21+ recipient with valid government ID, private-residence handoff, prepayment before dispatch, NYS-licensed driver, and lab-tested products sealed and tracked through the state supply chain. Addisleigh Park landmarks, Linden Boulevard apartments and every porch between qualify as residences; St. Albans Park and the LIRR station don’t. The state compliance label on your package is the difference between this and whatever an unlicensed shop hands over.

Question 9

Is there a St. Albans-specific delivery charge?

Accepted Answer

No — 11412 pays the standard structure and nothing else: free delivery above $99, one flat itemized fee below it, identical whether the address is an Addisleigh Park colonial or a Linden Boulevard walk-up. New York’s cannabis excise and sales taxes ride inside the checkout total you approve, and since drivers legally can’t touch money, that approved total is the final word — no distance premium, no historic-district markup, no doorstep add-ons. St. Albans actually sits in one of our tighter delivery bands, so what the flat structure buys here is a shorter wait than most of the map gets for the same price.

Question 10

Which shelf categories make the trip to 11412?

Accepted Answer

All of them — the delivery menu mirrors the live Jamaica shelf: flower in eighths through ounces, pre-rolls and infused options, 510 cartridges, pods and disposables, gummies and chocolates from 2.5mg micro-doses up, THC seltzers, tinctures, topicals and a concentrates case that rotates with supply. Every product comes through New York’s licensed chain — grown, processed and lab-tested in state, then sealed in child-resistant, compliance-labeled packaging before it rides down Merrick Boulevard. Because the menu is live inventory, what’s on your screen is on the shelf at that moment. Want something packed a particular way? Add a note at checkout — the team sees it while packing.
