Question 1

When will my Eastchester delivery show up?

Accepted Answer

Plan on 15–35 minutes from the moment our White Plains team hands your order to a driver. Route 22 is the workhorse route, and it moves well outside of the late-afternoon crunch between Vernon Hills and the Crestwood border, when shopping-center traffic can tack on ten minutes. Addresses near the Bronxville and Tuckahoe lines occasionally route down the Bronx River Parkway instead, which is often quicker. Two things speed you up: order before the dinner rush, and complete your AeroPay or CanPay prepayment right away, since New York law says the driver can’t leave until the order is paid. Have your 21+ ID by the door and the stop takes under a minute.

Question 2

Where is the nearest dispensary to Eastchester?

Accepted Answer

Eastchester does not allow dispensaries, so there is none in town. Our nearest store is Cannabis Realm of NY at 475 Central Ave in White Plains, about 6 miles away. You can shop in store, order pickup, or get same-day delivery to Eastchester.

Question 3

Can I swing by the dispensary instead of waiting?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely — plenty of Eastchester customers grab orders on the way back from White Plains errands, since our shop on Central Ave is a short drive up Route 22 or the Bronx River Parkway. Order ahead online and choose pickup: come inside to browse and chat with a budtender, or select curbside and we’ll carry your order to your car in our free on-site parking lot. For payment: delivery and curbside orders are prepaid digitally through AeroPay or CanPay, while in-store pickup at the White Plains counter also takes cash and debit. Whichever you pick, a valid government ID showing 21+ gets checked before anything is released.

Question 4

Does coverage include Chester Heights and the Lake Isle area?

Accepted Answer

Yes, both — Chester Heights down by the Mount Vernon line and the streets ringing Lake Isle Country Club are inside the zone, along with Interlaken Gardens, Leewood and everything between White Plains Road and the Hutch. We also cover the villages the town wraps around, Tuckahoe and Bronxville, so a 10707 or 10708 address doesn’t knock you out of range. Co-op and condo dwellers: put your building entrance and buzzer details in the order notes, because drivers hand orders to you personally rather than leaving them in a lobby. That’s a state requirement, as is the government ID check confirming you’re 21+ at handoff.

Question 5

Can drivers find houses near Lake Isle Country Club?

Accepted Answer

Easily — the residential loops off White Plains Road around Lake Isle, the town-owned course and pool complex, are a regular part of the route. What we can’t do is meet you at the clubhouse, the parking lot or the first tee: New York permits delivery only to private residences, so the order goes to your home address. If you’ve got a round booked, time your order for before you leave or after you finish; most Eastchester drops land inside 35 minutes. The car will be unmarked and the driver NYS-licensed, and they’ll verify a valid 21+ ID at your door — worth keeping in your pocket rather than your golf bag.

Question 6

What payment does the driver accept?

Accepted Answer

None at the door — and that’s by design, not inconvenience. New York State requires delivery orders to be fully paid before the vehicle leaves the dispensary, so every Eastchester delivery is prepaid through AeroPay or CanPay, a bank-link service you connect once at checkout and reuse with a tap afterward. Drivers carry no cash and can’t run cards, which keeps them safer on the road. For payment: delivery and curbside orders are prepaid digitally through AeroPay or CanPay, while in-store pickup at the White Plains counter also takes cash and debit. The one universal step is the ID check: a valid government ID proving 21+ at the door, the counter or the curb.

Question 7

What’s the smallest order you’ll deliver?

Accepted Answer

Delivery is free once your cart passes $99, and that’s the number to aim for. Getting there rarely takes more than three items — an eighth of flower, a vape cart and a pack of gummies typically clears it. Eastchester regulars often batch a couple of weeks of purchases into one drop to stay over the line every time. Remember the total is settled through AeroPay or CanPay before the driver leaves White Plains, per state prepayment rules. For payment: delivery and curbside orders are prepaid digitally through AeroPay or CanPay, while in-store pickup at the White Plains counter also takes cash and debit. Bring valid 21+ ID either way.

Question 8

Does New York law allow cannabis delivery to Eastchester homes?

Accepted Answer

It does — adult-use delivery by licensed dispensaries is legal statewide, and Cannabis Realm NY operates under a New York Office of Cannabis Management license out of White Plains. The legal guardrails: recipients must be 21 or older, must show valid government ID at handoff, and must take delivery at a private residence — not at Garth Woods, a Metro-North platform or a Vernon Hills parking lot. Every product is lab-tested and tracked in the state’s seed-to-sale system from cultivator to your door. Unlicensed delivery services still circulate in southern Westchester; the reliable tell is that legal operators always prepay, always card you, and never meet in public.

Question 9

What will delivery add to my bill?

Accepted Answer

Nothing, if your order tops $99 — the drive down Route 22 is on us at that point. Your checkout total is simply menu prices plus New York’s cannabis taxes, paid in advance through AeroPay or CanPay because state law requires prepayment on deliveries. There are no fuel surcharges, distance tiers or checkout add-ons for Eastchester, whether you’re two blocks from the Bronxville border or up against the Scarsdale line. If your cart is short of the threshold, adding a low-dose edible or single pre-roll is usually the cheapest fix. Pickup at the Central Ave store is always fee-free. Every handoff still requires valid 21+ ID.

Question 10

What’s on the delivery menu for Eastchester?

Accepted Answer

Everything the White Plains store stocks: New York–grown flower, pre-rolls, vape cartridges and disposables, edibles from gummies to chocolates, cannabis beverages, concentrates, tinctures and topicals. Each item is produced by NYS-licensed cultivators and processors and ships with lab results you can verify from the label. Eastchester orders skew toward pre-roll packs and seltzer-style beverages — easy formats for backyard season. If you’re unsure where to start, note it at checkout and a budtender will suggest lower-potency options first; you can also call the store line before ordering. Inventory updates in real time, so a listed product is a stocked product. All sales are 21+ with valid government ID.
