Question 1

What kind of wait should Rego Park plan on?

Accepted Answer

Plan on 20–40 minutes from payment confirmation to your lobby, with most orders landing near the middle of that range. The run from Jamaica follows Union Turnpike, so the Crescents and Yellowstone Boulevard side often get the car a few minutes before the Queens Boulevard towers do. Saturday shopping traffic around Rego Center and Junction Boulevard is the main variable — a late-morning weekend order dodges the worst of it. Track the arrival text and head to your lobby when it pings, since drivers can’t leave the package with a doorman. The 21+ ID check at handoff is required by state law every time, even for regulars.

Question 2

Where is the nearest dispensary to Rego Park?

Accepted Answer

Our nearest store to Rego Park is Cannabis Realm of NY at 172-02 Hillside Ave in Jamaica, Queens. You can shop in store, order pickup, or get same-day delivery to Rego Park.

Question 3

Does ordering ahead for pickup make sense from Rego Park?

Accepted Answer

It does when you’re out running errands anyway — the counter at 172-02 Hillside Ave is a straight shot east on Union Turnpike, and pickup orders are typically packed within minutes of checkout. Curbside is the move if you’re driving: tap that you’ve arrived and staff bring the sealed bag out, no parking spot needed on Hillside Avenue. Delivery makes more sense when you’re home in one of the co-ops and don’t want to move the car from a good street spot. For payment: delivery and curbside orders are prepaid digitally through AeroPay, CanPay, while in-store pickup at the Jamaica counter also takes cash and debit.

Question 4

Is the whole 11374 map inside your delivery area?

Accepted Answer

Yes — every corner of 11374, from the LeFrak-adjacent blocks by Junction Boulevard to the Middle Village line at Woodhaven Boulevard, and from Queens Boulevard south through the Crescents to the Forest Hills border near Yellowstone. That includes Saunders Street, Wetherole Street, 63rd Road and the drive-lettered streets that confuse every GPS. If your building’s mailing address says Forest Hills or Elmhurst but you’re on a border block, enter it at checkout and the zone check settles it in seconds. One rule never bends: delivery goes to private residences only — no handoffs outside Rego Center or at the mall entrance.

Question 5

Can a driver find me in the towers across from Rego Center?

Accepted Answer

Easily — the Queens Boulevard co-ops and rentals across from Rego Center are some of our most frequent stops. The handoff still has to happen person-to-person at your door or in your lobby: New York rules don’t allow leaving packages with doormen, at concierge desks or in package rooms, and the mall itself isn’t a valid delivery point since it’s not a residence. Put your building’s quirks in the order notes — separate service entrance, slow elevator bank, buzzer code — and the driver adapts. Practical tip: 97th Street side entrances are usually faster for the driver than the boulevard-facing doors at rush hour.

Question 6

What payment options exist for delivery orders here?

Accepted Answer

One, by design: AeroPay, CanPay, a bank-linked prepayment completed at checkout, because New York State requires delivery orders to be paid in full before the driver leaves the dispensary. That’s why our drivers carry no cash box and no card reader — nothing financial happens at your door. Linking your bank takes a couple of minutes once, then future orders are a single tap. Prefer physical payment? For payment: delivery and curbside orders are prepaid digitally through AeroPay, CanPay, while in-store pickup at the Jamaica counter also takes cash and debit. Either way your ID gets checked at 21+, and the receipt in your email matches the total you approved — always.

Question 7

How big does my cart need to be to skip the fee?

Accepted Answer

Cross $99 and delivery anywhere in Rego Park is free; stay under it and a delivery fee appears as its own checkout line. You can absolutely place a small order — the threshold only decides whether the fee applies, not whether we’ll come. Locals often round out a cart with a two-pack of pre-rolls or a low-dose gummy tin to clear the bar, which typically costs less than the fee itself. Because state law requires prepayment, you’ll see the full itemized total — products, any fee, taxes — before you approve, and that figure is locked once the order dispatches.

Question 8

What licensing sits behind a delivery to my co-op?

Accepted Answer

Every order rides on Cannabis Realm NY’s Office of Cannabis Management dispensary license — the state credential that legalizes home delivery in New York. Compliance runs the whole chain: products grown and lab-tested inside the licensed market, sealed child-resistant packaging, prepaid transactions, NYS-licensed drivers, and a mandatory 21+ government-ID check at your door. Deliveries can only go to private addresses, so your apartment on Saunders Street qualifies while a bench in MacDonald Park does not. Co-op boards sometimes ask: the delivery is legally no different from any licensed courier drop, and drivers are discreet, unmarked and in and out in under a minute.

Question 9

Is the trip from Jamaica to Rego Park free?

Accepted Answer

It’s free the moment your cart passes $99 — below that, a modest delivery fee is itemized at checkout before you commit. There are no distance surcharges within the zone; the Crescents pay the same as the boulevard towers. Taxes are the only other line: New York’s cannabis and sales taxes are calculated into the total you approve on screen, so the number you see is final. Nothing can be added afterward because the driver has no way to take payment. If you’re a frequent orderer, batching a week’s worth into one order over the threshold beats several small fee-carrying runs.

Question 10

Does the delivery menu match what the store carries?

Accepted Answer

Item for item — the Rego Park delivery menu is the live Jamaica inventory, covering flower in multiple weights, pre-rolls, infused joints, vape cartridges and disposables, edibles, beverages, tinctures, topicals and a rotating concentrates case. Every product comes from New York’s licensed, lab-tested supply chain and arrives sealed with its compliance label attached, which is your guarantee of potency accuracy. Stock updates in real time, so a strain that sells out at the counter disappears from your cart options too. If you want something niche — solventless rosin, high-CBD flower — check the menu early in the week when restocks land rather than gambling on a Saturday night.
