Question 1

When should I expect a driver in Richmond Hill?

Accepted Answer

Usually within 15–35 minutes of your payment clearing — Richmond Hill borders our Jamaica home base, so it’s consistently one of the fastest zones on the map. Blocks near Lefferts Boulevard and Hillside Avenue often see the driver first, while South Richmond Hill past Atlantic Avenue rides the later end of the window. The J/Z el on Jamaica Avenue doesn’t slow cars much, but school dismissal around 3 p.m. clogs 101st Avenue, so late morning is the smoothest slot. Watch for the arrival text so the driver isn’t waiting outside. State law requires a face-to-face 21+ ID check before the bag is handed over, so have it ready.

Question 2

Where is the nearest dispensary to Richmond Hill?

Accepted Answer

Our nearest store to Richmond Hill is Cannabis Realm of NY at 172-02 Hillside Ave in Jamaica, Queens. You can shop in store, order pickup, or get same-day delivery to Richmond Hill.

Question 3

Since the store is so close, should I just come get it?

Accepted Answer

If you’re near Hillside Avenue anyway, absolutely — pickup orders are typically ready in minutes, and the counter at 172-02 Hillside Ave is a five-to-ten-minute drive from most of Richmond Hill via Lefferts Boulevard. Curbside is the underrated option: check in when you arrive and a staffer brings the sealed order to your car, which beats circling for parking near 172nd Street. Delivery wins when you’re settled in for the night or the Van Wyck is jammed. For payment: delivery and curbside orders are prepaid digitally through AeroPay or CanPay, while in-store pickup at the Jamaica counter also takes cash and debit.

Question 4

Is South Richmond Hill below Atlantic in your zone?

Accepted Answer

Yes — 11419 is fully covered, from Atlantic Avenue down through 101st Avenue and Liberty Avenue to the Ozone Park line at the Aqueduct side. That includes the heart of Little Guyana and the side streets numbered up into the 130s. North of the park border, 11418 is covered too, so Kew Gardens–adjacent blocks near the Union Turnpike interchange are fine. If your address sits right on a boundary — say 103rd Avenue near Woodhaven — type it into checkout and you’ll get an instant yes or no. Remember that drivers can only stop at private residences, never at a storefront, park or corner meetup.

Question 5

Do homes along the Forest Park edge get deliveries?

Accepted Answer

They do — the blocks along Myrtle Avenue and Park Lane South facing Forest Park are on the standard loop, including the hilly streets around the old Victorian district. The one thing a driver can’t do is meet you inside the park or by the carousel; New York delivery rules require a private residential address, so the handoff happens at your door or porch. If you’re heading out for a walk under the oaks, time your order so you’re home for the window. Tip: Park Lane South parking is tight on weekends, so add a note telling the driver whether to pull into your driveway or double-park briefly.

Question 6

Why do I have to pay before the car even leaves?

Accepted Answer

For payment: delivery and curbside orders are prepaid digitally through AeroPay or CanPay, while in-store pickup at the Jamaica counter also takes cash and debit. Payment runs through AeroPay or CanPay, which links your bank securely; the first setup takes about two minutes and every order after is one tap. No cash, no card reader, nothing changes hands at your door except your ID and the sealed bag. Set up AeroPay before the weekend rush and your Friday order goes out that much faster.

Question 7

What cart size unlocks free delivery here?

Accepted Answer

Hit $99 and the ride to any Richmond Hill address is free; under that, a delivery fee is added at checkout. There’s no giant minimum standing between you and an order — the threshold is just where the fee disappears. A common local move is pairing flower with a low-dose edible or a pre-roll two-pack to clear the line, which usually beats paying the fee outright. The full total, taxes included, displays before you approve payment, and because everything is prepaid under state law, that number never changes at the door.

Question 8

How is doorstep cannabis legal in this part of Queens?

Accepted Answer

Adult-use cannabis is legal statewide, and licensed delivery is a specifically authorized part of New York’s program — Cannabis Realm NY operates under an Office of Cannabis Management license out of Jamaica. The guardrails: customers must be 21 or older with a valid government ID, orders go only to private addresses, and every product is lab-tested, sealed and labeled per state rules. Your apartment over a Liberty Avenue storefront qualifies as a residence; the sidewalk outside it doesn’t. That legal chain of custody is the difference between a licensed dispensary and the unregulated shops along Jamaica Avenue — verify the OCM license before buying anywhere.

Question 9

Are there hidden charges on a Richmond Hill run?

Accepted Answer

None — what you approve at checkout is the entire bill. Orders over $99 travel free; smaller ones show a clearly labeled delivery fee before you pay, and New York’s cannabis taxes are already folded into the displayed total. Because payment is completed through AeroPay or CanPay before dispatch, the driver carries no terminal and can’t add anything at the door. Being one of the closest neighborhoods to Hillside Avenue doesn’t change the fee math, but it does mean you rarely wait long enough to wonder. If the fee annoys you, a single pre-roll added to the cart usually clears the free-delivery bar.

Question 10

What’s actually available to order out here?

Accepted Answer

Everything stocked at the Jamaica store: indica, sativa and hybrid flower, pre-rolls and infused joints, 510 carts and disposables, gummies, chocolates, beverages, tinctures, topicals and concentrates like badder and rosin. All of it is grown and processed inside New York’s licensed supply chain, lab-tested, and delivered sealed in child-resistant packaging — the label on the bag is your proof of testing. The site shows live inventory, so a sold-out strain drops off rather than surprising you later. New drops land regularly and the menu updates in real time, so if you’re chasing something specific, check the live shelf and order when you see it.
