Our minimum order for free delivery is $99. This applies to all delivery zones we serve from our Spring Valley dispensary. Orders below the minimum are still welcome for in-store pickup with no minimum required. We accept debit cards, AeroPay (cashless prepay), and cash on delivery. All cannabis deliveries require ID verification at the door — purchasers must be 21 or older with valid government-issued identification.
Yes. Cannabis Realm NY is a fully licensed New York State Office of Cannabis Management (OCM) retail dispensary. Our license number is RETL: OCM-RETL-25-000382. All products on our menu are sourced from licensed New York State cultivators and processors, lab-tested for potency and purity, and tracked through the state's METRC seed-to-sale system. We comply with all state regulations covering retail sale, delivery, packaging, and customer verification.
We accept debit cards, AeroPay (cashless prepay that connects directly to your bank with zero fees), and cash for both in-store purchases and delivery orders. AeroPay is required by New York State for all cannabis deliveries — it provides instant verification and a paper trail. We do not accept credit cards due to federal banking restrictions on cannabis. ATMs are available in-store for cash withdrawals.
Yes. New York State law requires all cannabis purchasers to be 21 years of age or older with a valid government-issued photo ID (driver's license, passport, or state ID). ID verification is required at the door for both in-store and delivery purchases. Our delivery drivers will not release products without valid ID. This applies to recreational cannabis customers; medical cannabis patients with a valid New York State medical card may purchase at age 18 or older.
