Question 1

How fast do orders reach Ardsley?

Accepted Answer

Typically 15–35 minutes from dispatch — the Saw Mill River Parkway drops our drivers at Ashford Avenue quickly, and the village is compact enough that no street adds much after that. The wildcard is the Saw Mill itself: heavy rain floods the parkway’s low spots and reroutes traffic onto 9A, which can push a delivery toward the top of the window. Rush hour around the Thruway interchange does the same on weekday evenings. Order earlier in the afternoon for the fastest turnarounds, and complete your AeroPay or CanPay prepayment right away — New York law keeps the car parked until payment clears. Answer the door with your 21+ government ID and you’re done in seconds.

Question 2

Where is the nearest dispensary to Ardsley?

Accepted Answer

Ardsley does not allow dispensaries, so there is none in town. Our nearest store is Cannabis Realm of NY at 475 Central Ave in White Plains. You can shop in store, order pickup, or get same-day delivery to Ardsley.

Question 3

Do you offer pickup as an alternative to delivery?

Accepted Answer

Yes — both in-store and curbside pickup run all day at our White Plains dispensary, an easy fifteen-minute hop up the Saw Mill and across on 287 from Ardsley. In-store means browsing the actual shelves and getting live budtender advice; curbside means your prepaid order comes out to the free on-site parking lot while you idle. For payment: delivery and curbside orders are prepaid digitally through AeroPay or CanPay, while in-store pickup at the White Plains counter also takes cash and debit. Many Ardsley commuters simply collect orders on the way home. Every option ends identically: valid government ID confirming 21+ before the handoff.

Question 4

Does the route include streets past the Thruway ramp?

Accepted Answer

It does — the interchange doesn’t split our map. Coverage takes in all of 10502: the village center along Ashford Avenue, the Heatherdell Road side with the school campuses, the streets tucked behind Pascone and McDowell parks, and the homes near the Thruway and Saw Mill ramps where GPS loves to improvise. We also continue seamlessly into Dobbs Ferry, Irvington and the surrounding Greenburgh hamlets, so border addresses are never orphaned. One state rule to know: orders are delivered to private residences only, handed to you personally. Add driveway or entrance notes for the hillier streets, and have your 21+ government ID ready at the door.

Question 5

Do streets around V.E. Macy Park get service?

Accepted Answer

Yes — the addresses along Saw Mill River Road near V.E. Macy Park are inside the zone, and drivers pass that stretch constantly since it lines the main route into the village. The park itself is off-limits for handoffs: state law restricts delivery to private residences, so no meeting at the picnic pavilions or the parkway pull-offs. If a cookout at Macy is the plan, place your order before setup or have it timed to your return — a 15–35 minute window makes that easy to schedule. The car is unmarked and the driver NYS-licensed, and they’ll check a valid government ID proving you’re 21+ at your door, not the park gate.

Question 6

Is card or cash better for paying?

Accepted Answer

For payment: delivery and curbside orders are prepaid digitally through AeroPay or CanPay, while in-store pickup at the White Plains counter also takes cash and debit. Setup takes a couple of minutes the first time; afterward it’s one tap. Drivers carry no cash and no readers, which keeps every stop quick and low-key. However you pay, the constant is the ID check — valid government identification showing 21 or older, at doorstep, counter or curb.

Question 7

Is there a spend threshold for Ardsley orders?

Accepted Answer

For free delivery, yes: clear $99 and the trip down the Saw Mill costs nothing. It’s a low bar in practice — an eighth plus a couple of edible tins usually crosses it, and Ardsley households often combine orders with a neighbor-free conscience since everything arrives sealed and labeled per state rules. The total is prepaid through AeroPay or CanPay at checkout, as New York requires for delivery. Need just one item? For payment: delivery and curbside orders are prepaid digitally through AeroPay or CanPay, while in-store pickup at the White Plains counter also takes cash and debit. Delivery or pickup, valid 21+ government ID is the final step every time.

Question 8

Am I allowed to receive cannabis at my Ardsley address?

Accepted Answer

If you’re 21 or older with valid government ID, yes — fully legal. New York’s adult-use law authorizes licensed dispensaries to deliver to private residences statewide, and Cannabis Realm NY holds a license from the state Office of Cannabis Management. Every product is lab-tested, sealed in licensed packaging and tracked through the state’s seed-to-sale system; every driver is NYS-licensed. The conditions attach to the handoff: your ID gets checked at the door, the order goes to your residence rather than a park, school zone or the Trailway, and someone else can’t accept it for you. That last one surprises people — plan to be home during your window.

Question 9

Do Ardsley orders carry a delivery charge?

Accepted Answer

Not above $99 — past that line, delivery anywhere in 10502 is free, from Ashford Avenue walk-ups to the hill streets by the Dobbs Ferry border. Below it, the current sub-threshold policy shows at checkout before you pay. The bill never hides anything: menu prices plus New York’s cannabis taxes, prepaid via AeroPay or CanPay per state law, with no fuel fees or village add-ons. If you’re a few dollars short of free, a single pre-roll usually solves it more pleasantly than a fee would. Pickup at the White Plains store is always free at any order size. ID check at handoff, 21+, without exception.

Question 10

What’s available to order in Ardsley?

Accepted Answer

The complete White Plains inventory: New York–grown flower, pre-rolls and infused pre-rolls, vape cartridges and disposables, edibles, cannabis beverages, concentrates, tinctures and topicals — all lab-tested, all from NYS-licensed producers, all with verifiable results on the label. Ardsley’s ordering pattern reads like the village: steady, sensible, edible-forward, with gummies and beverages leading and flower eighths close behind. First time navigating dosage? Say so in the order notes and a budtender will steer you toward the gentle end of the shelf before your order packs out. Inventory updates live, so listed means available. Every product is 21+ with a government ID check at delivery.
