What is 7Seaz?

7Seaz (styled 7 SEAZ) is a Hudson Valley cannabis brand founded by Colin Decker, a former legacy-market grower. It launched on February 24, 2023 at Housing Works Cannabis Co., one of New York’s first adult-use dispensaries, as the state’s first legacy-to-legal brand. Its products are made and distributed by a New York State licensed operator, part of its sales goes to the NY Small Farmer Fund, and its packaging uses reclaimed ocean plastic. At Cannabis Realm of NY it’s one of our two best-selling brands in 2026, carried at all three stores.
