Our minimum order for free delivery is $99. This applies to all delivery zones we serve from our Spring Valley dispensary. We accept debit cards, AeroPay (cashless prepay that connects directly to your bank with zero fees), and cash for both in-store purchases and delivery orders. AeroPay is required by New York State for all cannabis deliveries — it provides instant verification and a paper trail. We do not accept credit cards due to federal banking restrictions on cannabis. ATMs are available in-store for cash withdrawals.
Yes. New York State law requires all cannabis purchasers to be 21 years of age or older with a valid government-issued photo ID (driver's license, passport, or state ID). ID verification is required at the door for both in-store and delivery purchases. Our delivery drivers will not release products without valid ID. This applies to recreational cannabis customers; medical cannabis patients with a valid New York State medical card may purchase at age 18 or older.
