Yes. Cannabis Realm is fully licensed by the New York State Office of Cannabis Management for adult-use sales at all locations — license numbers OCM-RETL-25-000382, OCM-CAURD-24-000046 and OCM-RETL-24-000244 are displayed in every store and in the footer of this site.

A valid government-issued photo ID proving you are 21 or older. Your ID is checked in store and again at your door for deliveries.

Do I need a medical card to shop?
No. All three Cannabis Realm of NY stores are adult-use dispensaries, so anyone 21 or older with a valid government-issued photo ID can shop. We do not dispense medical cannabis and cannot fill medical certifications.
Is a licensed dispensary different from a smoke shop?
Yes. New York smoke shops selling THC products are not licensed to do so. We hold New York State OCM retail licences, and everything on our shelves comes through the regulated supply chain with a Certificate of Analysis from a state-licensed lab.
How do I verify your licence?
Search the licence number in New York State's Current OCM Licenses dataset on data.ny.gov: OCM-RETL-25-000382 for Spring Valley, OCM-CAURD-24-000046 for White Plains and OCM-RETL-24-000244 for Jamaica, Queens.
Where can I legally use cannabis in New York?
New York allows adults 21 and over to consume cannabis wherever smoking tobacco is allowed, with exceptions that include schools, workplaces and most indoor public spaces. Consuming in a vehicle is illegal, whether you are driving or a passenger.
Can I take cannabis across state lines?
No. Cannabis bought in New York has to stay in New York. Carrying it into New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania or any other state is a federal offence, even between two states where cannabis is legal.
Do your stores have an ATM?
Yes, every Cannabis Realm of NY store has an ATM on site. You can also pay in store by cash, debit, AeroPay or CanPay, so you do not have to bring cash with you.
Is there parking at your dispensaries?
Yes. All three stores have their own free parking lot and are wheelchair accessible. Curbside pickup uses a marked spot by the entrance, so you never have to leave your car.
Can I bring someone under 21 with me?
No. Nobody under 21 can enter a licensed dispensary in New York, including children with a parent. The same rule applies at the car window for curbside and at the door for delivery.
Do you ship cannabis?
No. New York does not allow cannabis to be mailed or shipped. You can order online for same-day delivery inside our service area, or for pickup at the Spring Valley, White Plains or Jamaica store.
Do you take walk-ins?
Yes. All three stores welcome walk-ins during open hours and no appointment is needed. Ordering ahead on the live menu simply means your order is bagged and waiting when you arrive.
How do Realm Rewards points work?
Realm Rewards is free to join and open to shoppers 21 and over. You earn points on every purchase at all three Cannabis Realm locations and turn them into discounts on future orders, plus member-only specials.
