Cannabis Realm of NY publishes guides, product explainers and local pages for adults 21 and over in New York. This page explains who writes them, who checks them, and what we will not publish.
Our guides are written and maintained by the Cannabis Realm of NY editorial team — staff from our dispensary group, working directly with the budtenders who sell these products every day and answer these questions in person.
Posts about the company itself — openings, community work, how we see the New York market — are written by our co-owners under their own names.
Before publication, every guide is checked by a second person for factual accuracy, clarity and compliance with New York Office of Cannabis Management (OCM) rules. The reviewer is named at the bottom of each article.
Product details are verified against our current, lab-tested live menus at the time of review. Menus change daily; the live menu is always the authority over anything written here.
We work from primary sources: New York State cannabis law, OCM regulations, certificates of analysis from licensed testing laboratories, producer documentation, and peer-reviewed research. We do not cite untraceable statistics or repeat study claims second-hand.
We do not make medical or therapeutic claims about cannabis products. We do not promise specific effects. We do not target or depict anyone under 21. We do not describe consumption in ways that encourage overuse.
