Welcome to the Cannabis Realm of NY mobile application (“App”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you (“User” or “you”) and Buddega NYC LLC dba Cannabis Realm of NY (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any other applicable laws, statutes, and regulations. We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time, and you agree to be bound by such changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

The App is intended for users who are at least 21 years old. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

- Introduce any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the App, the server on which the App is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the App.
5. User Content
You may submit or upload content through the App (“User Content”). By submitting or uploading User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Content in connection with the App and our business.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit or upload the User Content and that the User Content does not infringe any third party’s intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other legal rights.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. You agree not to copy, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our App, except as follows:
