We did it, our GHEE (first to market) is starting to hit the shelves! We have been using infused GHEE since we started the Dinner is Dope supper clubs in 2015. It’s cleaner, has a higher smoke point AND it is shelf stable. Yep, no need for refrigeration!
The recipe we’re sharing is from our Flight 111 and was super flavorful, people are still asking us to make it again but instead we wanted to share it with you.
Reminder, when using CFH infused cooking essentials, always figure out your dosage (start with the yield ie amount of servings) and once you know how many Milligrams you’re using finish with non-infused. In this case if you want to make the servings 10 mg each you use 40 mg (1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon of CFH GHEE) and 2 teaspoons of non-infused GHEE or butter if you don’t have.
